Pierre Magendie

 

Pierre Magendie was born in France but settled in Athens, Greece in 2006. He has worked as a dancer and contemporary dance teacher since his graduation from the National Dance School of Greece, 2010. He recently collaborated with Andonis Foniadakis on Wisteria Maiden, a piece for eight male dancers premiered at Belgrade International Dance Festival.

 

With a bunch of close friends in Athens he created the KTC (KammerTanz Coop), a dance company which aims at creating fresh and invigorating shows by producing a daring mix of movement, music text and mesmerizing aesthetics.
